Validating addresses with google

The Google Places API Web Service and Place Autocomplete share a usage quota as described in the Usage Limits documentation for Google Places API Web Service.

These usage limits also apply when using the Places Library in the Google Maps Java Script API.

When a user selects a place from the predictions attached to the autocomplete text field, the service fires a supplies an extended list of predictions, which can include places (as defined by the Google Places API) plus suggested search terms. Before using the Places library in the Google Maps Java Script API, first ensure that the Google Places API Web Service is enabled in the Google API Console, in the same project you set up for the Google Maps Java Script API.
